We typically reserve telephone consultations after receiving initial inquiries in writing so we can establish some key inquiry information prior to speaking. We like to have a written/electronic rendering of our discussions so we ensure clarity of expectations. we also do not answer telephone calls during charters as we are directing our attention to the guests with us and we hope and trust that you will appreciate the same courtesy on your day!

While we are sailing with guests we are unavailable to answer calls. We also admit to be overwhelmed by spam calls so typically await voicemail messages then return calls after charter hours.
